Sammamish

Sammamish is a fast-growing city bordering the calm blue waters of the eponymous lake. On its east and southeastern side lies forests and rolling hills, where acres of outdoor recreation are within convenient reach. Newcomers are often awestruck by the tranquil and verdant scenery surrounding this thriving suburb to the east of Seattle. And long-time residents never get tired of it.   Home prices in Sammamish usually range from $400,000 to $4 million. The housing stock is mostly composed of single-family homes but there is a small selection of condos and townhomes. Many buyers are attracted to the charming waterfront homes situated on the hilly eastern side of Lake Sammamish.  These properties along the water are the most expensive, typically costing around $4 million to $11 million.
